Official training and certification of instructors can be spent only on the courses which are included in the schedule of courses of IKSA-IUKL.

The courses which are not included in schedule of IKSA-IUKL, don’t have official status. Quality and training level on courses which are not included in the schedule do not correspond to standards of IKSA-IUKL. They are not provided with the licensed programs. At training passage on the courses which are not included in schedule of IKSA-IUKL, the CERTIFICATE of INSTRUCTOR cannot be given out.

Carrying out of unofficial courses and delivery of not registered certificates is rough infringement of conditions of Instructors training and certification System of IKSA-IUKL and conducts to a lifelong exception from members of IKSA and IUKL.

* COMMENTS:

INTERNATIONAL KETTLEBELL and STRENGTH training ACADEMY (IKSA) is the international sports organisation spending professional education in sphere of fitness, kettlebell sports and strength training.

IKSA is a member of IUKL and officially cooperates with IUKL in the field of Instructors training and certification System. The given System is developed taking into account requirements of the European and International systems of training- education and adapted for sphere of fitness, kettlebell sports and strength training.

Instructors training and certification System completely is in jurisdiction of IKSA. IKSA works in cooperation with IUKL which supervises, provides and guarantees necessary qualitative level of all spent actions and corresponding documentation.

The System provides training at several levels for consecutive accumulation of theoretical and practical knowledge. Each previous level creates a basis for correct perception of the information of a following level and for transition to the following level.

Depending on level of the passed training the instructor receives various possibilities. Together with increase of professional preparation of the instructor its powers and rights extend, so in the borders of System, so in sphere of the sports industry.

LEVEL 1 - IKSA KB National Club Instructor ()
Admission Conditions on 1st level of training – free.

The TRAINING PERIOD: ONE DAY / 4 h + 4 h (+ 1 h a lunch between 1 and 2 parts of employment) = TOTAL  9 HOURS

COURSE COST: 250 EUR

The MAINTENANCE of LEVEL 1 COURSE: „FOUNDATION of TRAINING with BURDENINGS”
The Course of 1st level contains the general information about the rules of training with burdenings – kettlebells, bars, dumbells, clubbells, fitness pumps, body-bars, gymnastic sticks and others, etc.
Sports equipment and training clothes, safety conditions, rules of the general warm-up, the technics of performance of basic exercises, principles of escalating of loading and another.
The basic groups of exercises with burdenings:
DRAUGHTS, PRESSES, MOVES, UNDERMININGS, BLASTINGS, JERKS, PUSHING out, DEDUCTION, TRANSFERS.
Performance of exercises with one and with two shells.

The CERTIFICATE of the National Club Instructor (with entering of the personal data of the Instructor in Official Certified Register of IKSA-IUKL)

Upon termination of a course of level 1 probably reception of the CERTIFICATE of 1 LEVEL.
Requirements for reception of the CERTIFICATE of 1 LEVEL – delivery of the practical test.

The PRACTICAL TEST:

1. „LEVEL 1 КАТА” - performance of an obligatory complex of exercises with burdenings under the management of the MASTER INSTRUCTOR.

For men – with kettlebells in weight of 16 kg;
for women – with kettlebells in weight of 8 kg.

The CERTIFICATE of 1 LEVEL give the rights to the NATIONAL CLUB INSTRUCTOR to conduct training with use of various kinds of burdenings and with application of the basic exercises with burdenings.

COST of REGISTRATION of the CERTIFICATE of 1 LEVEL: 50 EUR.
Personal data of the instructor is brought in Official Certified Register of IKSA-IUKL.
The certificate is valid without term restriction.

 
Level 2 - IKSA KB National GS Instructor  ()
Admission Conditions on 2nd level of training – free.
In the presence of the certificate of 1st level – the discount for cost of a course = 25%.

The TRAINING PERIOD:  TWO DAYS – the WEEKEND / 6-6,5 h + 6-6,5 h (+ 1 h a lunch every day) = TOTAL 14-15 HOURS

COURSE COST: 495 EUR
For owners of certificates of 1st level – 365 EUR

The MAINTENANCE of LEVEL 2 COURSE: „CONSTRUCTION of TRAINING PROCESS with KettleBells”

Level 2 Course of contains the detailed information about various kinds of exercises with KB: inertial, ballistic, static, dynamic, power, sports-competitive.
Features of technics of performance of the basic exercises with KB.
Principles of construction of training programs for development of the basic physical qualities: forces, endurance, the power endurance, special endurance, speed, flexibility, biomechanics of movements.
A technique of training to the correct technics of performance of exercises with KB.

The CERTIFICATE of the National GS Instructor (with entering of the personal data of the Instructor in Official Certified Register of IKSA-IUKL)

Upon termination of a course of  level 2 probably reception of the CERTIFICATE of 2 LEVEL.
Requirements for reception of the CERTIFICATE of 2 LEVEL – delivery of the theoretical and practical tests.

The THEORETICAL TEST – 2 tasks on the subjects of a course.

The PRACTICAL TEST:
1) „LEVEL 2 КАТА” - performance of an obligatory complex of exercises with burdenings under the management of the MASTER INSTRUCTOR.

1. Performance of classical competitive exercises with kettlebells.

For men – a jerk of two kettlebells from a chest (on 16 kg) in number of the repetitions, making 50 % from weight of a body of the sportsman in kg, snatch of one kettlebell (16 kg) with disposable change of hands in number of the repetitions, equal to weight of a body of the sportsman in kg;
For women – a jerk of one kettlebell from a chest (8 kg) with reusable change of hands in number of the repetitions, making 50 % from weight of a body of the sportswoman in kg, snatch of one kettlebell (8 kg) with reusable change of hands in number of the repetitions, equal 100 % from weight of a body of the sportswoman in kg.
The TEST EXAMPLE:
For the sportsman with weight of a body of 80 kg – 40 repetitions in exercise JERK with two kettlebells on 16 kg of each, 80 repetitions in exercise SNATCH with one kettlebell of 16 kg;
For the sportswoman with weight of a body 60 kg - 30 repetitions in exercise JERK with one kettlebell of 8 kg, 60 repetitions in exercise SNATCH with one kettlebell of 8 kg.

The CERTIFICATE of 2 level give the rights to the NATIONAL GS INSTRUCTOR to spend personal trainings for professional sportsmen by various kinds of sports with application of KB & burdenings and drawing up of personal training programs.
The CERTIFICATE of 2 LEVEL give the rights to take part in the subsequent courses of level 2 free of charge as the instructor-assistant.

COST of REGISTRATION of the 2 LEVELS CERTIFICATE: 75 EUR
Personal data of the instructor is brought in Official Certified Register of IKSA-IUKL.
The certificate is valid in a current of 7 years.

Level 3 - IKSA KB International GS Instructor  ()
Admission Conditions on 3rd level of training – presence of the operating certificate of 2nd level.

The TRAINING PERIOD: 2 l/2  DAYS – the WEEKEND / 4 h + 7 h + 7 h (+ 1 h a lunch every day) = TOTAL 20 HOURS

The MAINTENANCE of LEVEL 3 COURSE: “FUNDAMENTAL COURSE of SPORTS APPLICATION of KettleBells”
Level 3 Course contains the fundamental information about principles of the organisation and planning of training processes and cycles. Methodology of trainings.
Optimisation of standards of a body - weight updating, increase of mobility of joints, development of flexibility, an extension, active restoration.
Preventive maintenance of a traumatism and recover after traumas.
Systems of respiratory exercises.
Food and food additives.
Bases of sports massage.
Multilevel functional training to sports application of kettlebells.
Typical sports training programs with kettlebells.

The CERTIFICATE of the INTERNATIONAL GS INSTRUCTOR (with entering of the personal data of the instructor in Official Certified Register of IKFA and IUKL)

Upon termination of a level 3 course probably reception of the CERTIFICATE of 3 LEVEL.
Requirements for reception of the CERTIFICATE of 3 LEVEL – delivery of the theoretical and practical tests.

The THEORETICAL TEST – 3 tasks on the total subjects of courses of 2nd and 3rd levels.

The PRACTICAL TEST:
1) „LEVEL 3 КАТА” - performance of an obligatory complex of exercises with burdenings under the management of the MASTER INSTRUCTOR.
2) Performance of classical competitive exercises with kettlebells at official international competitions of IUKL. Registration of results under condition of carrying out of official refereeing of IUKL.
For men – a jerk of two kettlebells from a chest (on 24 kg) in number of the repetitions, making 50 % from weight of a body of the sportsman in kg, snatch of one kettlebell (24 kg) with disposable change of hands in number of the repetitions, equal to weight of a body of the sportsman in kg;
for women – a snatch of one kettlebell (16 kg) with reusable change of hands in number of the repetitions, equal to weight of a body of the sportswoman in kg.
The TEST EXAMPLE:
For the sportsman with weight of a body of 80 kgs – 40 repetitions in exercise the JERK with two kettlebells on 24 kg of each, 80 repetitions in exercise SNATCH with one kettlebell of 24 kg;
For the sportswoman with weight of a body 60 kg - 60 repetitions in exercise SNATCH with one kettlebell of 16 kg.

The CERTIFICATE of 3 level give the rights to the INTERNATIONAL GS INSTRUCTOR to spend personal and group trainings for professional sportsmen and teams by various kinds of sports, for national teams, drawing up of personal and teams training programs, plans and schedules.
The CERTIFICATE of 3 LEVEL give the rights to take part in the subsequent Level 3 courses as the instructor-assistant with indemnification of all expenses on travel and participation in a course at the expense of IKFA.

COST of REGISTRATION of the CERTIFICATE of 3 LEVEL: 75 EUR
The Personal data of the instructor is brought in Official Certified Register of IKSA-IUKL.
The certificate is valid in a current of 5 years.

Level 4   IKSA KB Master GS Coach ()
Admission Conditions on 4rd level of training – presence of the operating certificate of 3rd level.

The TRAINING PERIOD: 2 DAYS – the WEEKEND / 8 h + 8 h (+ 1 h a lunch every day) = TOTAL 18 HOURS of PERSONAL TRAINING + INDEPENDENT EDUCATION

COURSE COST: 2350 EUR

The MAINTENANCE of LEVEL 4 COURSE: “SKILL SECRETS - UNIVERSAL APPLICATION of KETTLEBELLS”
Level 4 course contains the actual information on anatomy, physiology, a motility of movements with kettlebells.
The biochemical processes occurring in an organism at work with kettlebells – their control and management.
Application of kettlebells in cyclic and acyclic sports kinds, aerobic and unaerobic loading.
Psychological principles of the organisation of training processes – personal training and work with groups. Competitive activity – strategy and tactics of performance at competitions, psychological loadings.

BONUS: Participants Level 4 course receive in a present the full DVD-collection of manual aids of IUKL «Systems of training with kettlebells».

The CERTIFICATE of the MASTER GS COACH (with entering of the personal data of the instructor in Official Certified Register of IKFA and IUKL)

Upon termination of a level 4 course probably reception of the CERTIFICATE of 4 LEVEL.
Requirements for reception of the CERTIFICATE of 4 LEVEL – delivery of the professional, theoretical and practical tests.

The PROFESSIONAL TEST – participation in quality of the instructor-assistant in one of level 3 courses.

The THEORETICAL TEST – 3 tasks on the total subjects of courses of 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels.

The PRACTICAL TEST:
1) TO EXECUTE THE SPECIFICATION OF THE MASTER OF SPORTS at official international competitions of IUKL. Registration of results under condition of carrying out of official refereeing of IUKL.

The CERTIFICATE of 4 level give the rights to the MASTER GS COACH to spend certification at 1, 2 and 3 levels together with IKSA. Depending on participation degree in organisation of course the MASTER GS COACH has the right to reception of 30-50% from the sum of financial incomes of a course.
Unites all rights of levels 1, 2, 3 instructors.
Under condition of active participation in system throughout 5 years the MASTER GS COACH becomes a member of ACADEMIC COUNCIL of IKSA.

COST of REGISTRATION of the CERTIFICATE of 4 LEVEL: 75 EUR
The Personal data of the COACH is brought in Official Certified Register of IKSA-IUKL.
The certificate is valid in a current of 3 years.

After period of validity of CERTIFICATES of 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels they lose the power. The personal data of Instructor leaves from Certified Register of IKSA-IUKL. For prolongation of the official powers the Instructor is obliged to pass repeated training at corresponding level.

If the instructor passes repeated training before the expiry of the term of action of the certificate its cost makes 20% from official cost of a course. If the instructor passes repeated training after the expiry of the term of action of the certificate it pays a course overall cost.

At reception of the new certificate there is an updating of the data in Certified Register of IKSA-IUKL.
